Salary: circa £20,000 - £24,000 plus commission

Our well-established and busy branch in the Coventry town centre is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive member to join the team as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our successful team focusing on temporary industrial vacancies. This position will require a mixture of both good servicing, with a strong focus on candidate abilities and business development skills. You must have good sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build positive, long lasting relationships.

Essential skills/Experience:
* Ideally recruitment experience, but other similar backgrounds will be considered
* Strong sales / business development experience
* Effective communication skills, written and spoken
* Calm under pressure, confident and enthusiastic
* Computer literate
* Full driving licence
