Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with a leading retail supplier in Telford- TF7, who are looking for Pickers to join their friendly team.
About the role as a Picker:
- CHILLED ENVIRONMENT - YOU MUST BE OK WORKING IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT!
- SECURE ONGOING POSITIONS (WITH PERMANENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES)
- £9.73 PER HOUR - DAY RATE
- £10.87 PER HOURS - NIGHT RATE
- 4 on 4 off shift rota
- 6am - 6pm
- 6pm - 6am
- FULL TRAINING PROVIDED - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Your responsibilities as a Picker:
- Working in an extremely busy and fast paced chilled environment
- Order picking of goods using scanners
- Working towards set daily productivity targets
- General warehouse duties
The ideal Picker profile:
- Previous experience within the warehouse is essential
- Experience or certification on a MHE desirable but not essential as full training given
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Target driven / motivated
- Good English communication
